We will dispatch all orders within 48 business hours, if there is adelay, we will let you know.
Next day delivery orders need to be placed by 3pm. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be packaged and shipped out on the next working day.
All purchases will be shipped in recyclable eco friendly Nemesis Tattoo and Piercing signature boxes or packages. Shipment is usually arranged via UK Royal Mail for all orders, however we might use different companies from time to time. You will receive a shipment confirmation email after the order has been shipped.
Nemesis Tattoo And Piercing Studio LTD can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee.
We only offer next day delivery option as it can be tracked at every stage.

If you have an enquiry about your order, please contact us on store@nemesistattoo.uk and include your order number. We will respond to all enquires within 24 hours during working days.
Click & Collect
When ordering online, there’s an option to ‘click and collect’ at the checkout. This service is available for both of our London studios and when selecting this, your order will be sent directly to your chosen studios. Once it’s arrived in your chosen studio, you will receive a notification email. Please bring a picture ID and your order number when you collect.

Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding body piercings for hygiene reasons) within 28 calendar days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so we can process your request promptly. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for any orders at this stage. Customers will need to send any unwanted items back at
their own expense.
We do accept refunds on all merch and aftercare products, however, we do not accept refunds on body piercings including tops rings and clickers for hygiene reasons.
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days after receiving the returned goods, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Nemesis Tattoo And Piercing jewellery. Our customer service team would be happy to assist – Please email store@nemesistattoo.uk before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of the next steps.
Missing or Damaged Items
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact Nemesis Team as soon as possible and please make sure you have your order number.email: store@nemesistattoo.uk

International shipping

For outside the EU the customer is responsible for all customs charges. This will also apply to EU countries, after Brexit
